While working for 31 years with leading Chinese Snuff Bottle Specialist, Robert Hall, I appraised a large number of snuff bottle collections, wrote and organised many catalogues of collections, and helped dispose of the collections through private sales, and at exhibitions and antiques fairs around the world.

In January of 2018, I branched out on my own and, with the support of Robert and a few collectors, have launched my own business:  Buying and Selling Chinese Snuff Bottles.

I  grew up six miles away from Burghley House, the home of the Marquess of Exeter’s wonderful collection of snuff bottles.  I earned a Master of Arts in the History of Art from St. Andrews University in Scotland.  I am currently a Board Member of the International Chinese Snuff Bottle Society.  I am married to Simon Page, who is an artist, and have two daughters.

To inaugurate my new endeavour, I am presently marketing snuff bottles from private sources, including:
