This is a unique combination – a fabulous Palace workshop bottle subsequently painted by the master Ye Zhongsan who has chosen as his subject the Castiglione inspired scene of horses
Glass, rich transparent green carved from a glass block with two chilongs carved on each side with tails curling under to form the footrim. Painted on the inside with two horses grazing under a tree and on other side two horses under an inscription, painted by Ye Zhongsan.
